1 .DELIVERY

  • Order taking

The order is accepted and processed upon receipt of payment. The order is considered delivered on the management by the carrier.

 

All shipments will be made via post offices via registered mail service, where all deliveries and receiving elements are guaranteed by the signature of the addressee or an authorized person.

 

The deadlines for sending expressly depend on regular time sending a normal registered mail.

The picking is performed under our brand and makes no mention of online selling service you have done your shopping.

The packages are neutral and have no distinctive sign may bring a third party to identify the source of your package or its contents.

2. CONDITIONS "Satisfied or Money Back"

 

  • Right of return

 

As established in the European Regulation on electronic trade, adopted September 20, 2011, the deadline for the return of an item is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

 

Therefore, devolution costs will be borne by the buyer if the product does not meet expectations.

 

To exercise this right, the buyer will notify its intention to revoke the sales contract to the seller within the period mentioned above.

 

1. Through our contact page, fill in the web form properly.

2. Once the declaration issued devolution, you must return the goods in the same condition it was delivered. It is imperative that the product is returned in its original condition. It should not be used or damaged. It must be returned in its original box, the tags and original packaging must be retained and the accessories included in the package.

3. Natural Artesanias will refund the amount of the order as soon as possible. It will not be accepted any revocation of orders or merchandise devolution outside specified deadlines (14 days). The devolution of damaged or worn items will also not be accepted.

Remember that only products purchased directly on the site can be returned by the procedure described below. If you purchased a product on an event, it must be returned to the same place from which it was purchased.

2) The order number

3) The reason for the return

Thereafter, you must send by registered mail the product and the customer will cover the shipping costs.

After receiving the item and verify its perfect condition, we will on your card or on your bank account, which will be under the terms of your bank.

For return to be correct the following conditions must be met:

- The product must not be used or damaged.

- All products must be packed in the same way they have been received and must keep the accessories included in the package. If the package is not the same, it must be large enough to contain the article.

- The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

If what you want is to make a change (color or size), you will first need to make the return of the item you wish to change (to do this, you must follow the procedure described in the "Return procedure") and specify the new size or color.
